Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained elsewhere herein or otherwise at law, TRAWING's liability (whether by way of indemnification to you or otherwise) shall be restricted to a maximum of Rs. 2,000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand only). Since the concept is that of a marketplace, there may be few occurrences of delay due to response from the other. We shall take possible steps to respond soon. Services like Seat assignment requests, meal requests, wheelchair, frequent flyer numbers, deal codes, corporate codes etc., are not guaranteed. Request will be transmitted depending on the airlines policy, technology support and charges. TRAWING does not accept any responsibility if such services are not transmitted and/or are not provided by our principals. You may however verify the same with their respective call centres/ offices after a request has been placed. GST credit from the airlines shall be recoverable on Series/ Special fare tickets. However, the fees charged by the seller/ Trawing can be claimed subject to proper feeding of data from your end

In the event of availing any of our services, we advise you to verify with your own source/s and satisfy as to the weather, natural calamities, political conditions, stability, food, health, visa and other related formalities. TRAWING shall not be held responsible for delay, postponement, deportation etc due to improper documentation or whatsoever. We do not claim or guarantee that destinations sold/ suggested by us do not have any risk element.

In no event will TRAWING, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Site or the Site software, is liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Site.
